These terms define guest and host responsibilities on ProNight.

1. Guests should review property details before payment.
2. The booking summary defines the final amount due.
3. A request is not complete before payment confirmation.
4. Guests should provide the booking reference at arrival.
5. Unregistered visitors require host approval.
6. Guests must care for furniture and appliances.
7. Furniture may not be removed from the property.
8. Pool use must follow the stated hours.
9. Guests must follow property safety instructions.
10. Alarms and safety equipment must not be tampered with.
11. Doors and windows should be secured when leaving.
12. Parking is limited to authorised vehicles.
13. Waste must not be left in corridors or shared areas.
14. Extra cleaning fees may apply for verified misuse.
15. Guests should cooperate during handover.
16. Hosts must disclose material changes before arrival.
17. Calls may not be recorded without consent.
18. The property page defines amenities included in the price.
19. Optional services require a separate request and approval.
20. Services end when the booking period ends.
21. Hosts do not guarantee weather or public utility services.
22. Keep the payment receipt until the booking ends.
23. Disputes should first be submitted to support.
24. ProNight may request documents to verify damage.
25. Late reporting does not remove responsibility for damage.
26. The refund policy at booking time applies.
27. Terms may be updated with notice to users.
28. Relevant terms continue to apply to existing bookings.
29. Accepting a booking means reading and accepting these terms.
30. Saudi law applies to matters not expressly covered.
